This policy explains how Justin Perron and Donald Lindsley, REALTORS® with Epique Realty (“we,” “us”), collect, use, and protect information you share with us. It applies to justinperronrealestate.com, homesincoronaca.com and our other websites that link here, our online forms, and lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and anything else you enter in a form or chat, such as your selling timeline, home condition, or the kind of home you’re looking for.
- Information from ads: if you submit a lead form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta sends us the information you entered in that form.
- Usage information: like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect basic information such as pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use cookies and similar tools for this, including the Meta Pixel and website analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, for example to prepare a home valuation (CMA), send listings, or answer your questions.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your real estate needs.
- To keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including showing relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

- With our brokerage, Epique Realty, as required for licensed real estate activity.
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, CRM, email and text messaging tools, and advertising platforms like Meta. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- With other parties to your transaction (for example a lender, escrow, or title company) when you ask us to, or as needed to complete your transaction.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us not to call. Providing your phone number is not a condition of using our services.
Your choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply and ask us to stop.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a client, and as long as required by real estate recordkeeping laws and our brokerage’s policies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information, such as bank or Social Security numbers, through our website forms.
Children
Our websites are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
